Refund policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy explains refunds for Deplomo purchases, including EUR wallet top-ups. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Payments processed by Paddle
For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment refunds. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to your transaction.
2. Refund eligibility
Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable. You may request a discretionary refund from Paddle within 14 days of the transaction. Requests are reviewed individually; submitting one does not guarantee approval.
Deplomo offers no additional money-back guarantee. Usage and the reason for your request may affect the outcome, subject to your mandatory rights.
3. Request a refund
- Open the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net and choose the refund option for your purchase.
- Have your transaction reference, checkout email, payment date and reason for the request ready. Never send your password or full card details.
- For a product issue, contact Deplomo first so we can investigate. If it remains unresolved, you can raise it with Paddle and include our response. Use our contact form.
4. Wallet credit and packages
A top-up adds EUR credit to your Deplomo wallet. Packages are purchased and renewed from that balance; a top-up is not a recurring Paddle subscription.
An approved top-up refund reverses the corresponding wallet credit. If that credit has already been spent, your balance may become negative and paid packages may be suspended until the balance is restored.
5. Cancelling a package
Cancel a Deplomo package from Billing and plans in the dashboard to stop its next renewal. Cancellation alone does not refund a wallet top-up or a previous package charge; request a refund separately.
6. Refund processing
Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval unless a different statutory deadline applies. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
7. Your consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights take priority over this policy. Eligible EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance service contract. Exceptions for digital content or fully performed services depend on the applicable law and any required express consent; using a service does not automatically waive those rights.
Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected. Other countries may provide additional rights or different deadlines; Paddle’s country-specific terms apply to eligible transactions.
